• Custom-made blinds are **non-refundable** once manufactured, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos and details.

7. Product Warranty

All our blinds come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering material or workmanship defects. The warranty does not cover:
